Everything is baked entirely from scratch using premium ingredients to ensure your celebration cake tastes just as incredible as it looks.

Signature Cake Flavours 

A curated selection of classic favorites and modern, premium combinations. 

Chocolate- A deep, rich, moist chocolate sponge. Classic Americana, I've been baking this one since I was a child. 

Vanilla- A classic moist vanilla sponge

Red Velvet- A soft cocoa-infused sponge with its signature elegant deep red colour.

**Biscuit- A super rich, textured, crushed-biscuit cake

Raspberry / White Chocolate- Our vanilla sponge filled with white choc buttercream, fresh raspberries and white chocolate

Lemon- A bright, zesty lemon flavoured sponge, filled with lemon buttercream and curd 

Hazelnut / Chocolate- Our signature chocolate sponge filled with hazelnut-chocolate buttercream and hazelnut filling

Maple Pecan- Maple-vanilla-pecan sponge filled with salted caramel, vanilla buttercream and more toasted pecans

Strawberry- A smooth, sweet strawberry sponge, filled with your choice of buttercream/berries/jam

Chocolate Chip / Mint Chip- Vanilla or mint sponge sprinkled with grated chocolate. 

Coconut Lime- A refreshing coconut-fresh lime sponge

Carrot- A moist traditionally spiced carrot sponge 

Espresso / Chocolate- An intense espresso flavour with our signature chocolate sponge

Premium Fillings 

Customize the inside of your cake to perfection. Mix and match from our delicious selection of fillings: 

American Buttercream- Traditional American style smooth vanilla/flavoured buttercream frosting. This goes on everything!

Fruity Jams & Curds- Fruit jams or tangy lemon curd

Cookies & Cream- A smooth, rich cream filling mixed with crushed chocolate cream biscuits

Fresh Seasonal Berries- Sliced fresh seasonal berries
